Saumitra Dixit is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Ocean Software since June 2021. In this position, Saumitra contributes to an agile engineering and innovation team, ensuring the timely delivery of product features for SmartBase and Kadray while conducting comprehensive audits and analyses for strategically establishing change management. Previous roles include Business Analyst and Test Analyst at ClickPOS PTY LTD and various positions at Telstra, including Account Manager and Application Training Specialist. Saumitra began a career in technology at Excelforce Pty Ltd as a Team Lead and Application Support Analyst and gained initial experience as an SAP HCM Support Analyst intern at Teklink International. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning Systems from Victoria University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Information Technology) from Symbiosis International University.
