Corey Darula

Corey Darula is a strategic and results-driven executive with extensive experience in cross-functional leadership within global and private equity-backed food and beverage organizations. They served as Plant Director at Crown Holdings, Inc., where they led over 115 employees and secured significant capital investments to enhance operational capacity in a challenging environment. Currently, Corey is the Director of Plant Operations at Eagle Family Foods, overseeing a team of more than 250 non-union employees. Previously, Corey held pivotal roles at General Mills and PepsiCo, where they drove operational excellence and cultural improvements, consistently achieving substantial performance gains across various metrics. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from North Central College.
