Jeff Batovsky is a bilingual Human Resources Executive with extensive experience across various industries. They served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Franciscan Villa from 2007 to 2009, where they successfully reduced turnover by nearly 20 percent. In their role as Director of HR and Legal Counsel at Glenbrook Security Services, they directed HR and legal functions while managing a team that included six HR personnel. Currently, Jeff holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries, building on their past experience in HR management roles at Angelic Bakehouse, Miller Baking Co., and Milwaukee Job Corps Center. Jeff earned a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
