They have held various roles within Ocean Spray Cranberries, including Plant Operations Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Additionally, Ryan served as Operations Manager at Amcor and Manager of Plant Production at Ball Corporation. With a Master of Science in Management with a Leadership Focus from Purdue Global, Ryan is recognized for their expertise in optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and leading cross-functional teams.
