Thomas Tritt is an accomplished plant management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Marathon Cheese Corporation since August 2023, Thomas previously held significant leadership roles at Ocean Spray Cranberries from 2011 to the present, where responsibilities included directing operations and strategic planning for a sizable non-union manufacturing facility. Thomas's leadership results in a track record of major performance improvements, receiving numerous accolades including multiple “Plant of the Year” awards and the “Board of Directors Award for Excellence in Leadership.” Earlier experience at DCI Cheese Company and Bay Valley Foods established foundational skills in operational oversight and employee development.
