정민 구 is a maritime and offshore wind professional with 18 years of progressive experience ranging from vessel operations to large-scale offshore wind development. Their career began as a Chief Officer, moving through roles in cargo supervision and vessel operations, where they gained expertise in maritime logistics and compliance. Since 2012, 정민 has specialized in maritime traffic safety assessments and feasibility studies for offshore wind projects. Currently, they serve as the Permitting & Consent Manager at OW Ocean Winds, supporting the Hanbando Offshore Wind Project and focusing on regulatory coordination and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, 정민 is pursuing a Ph.D. in Marine AI Security at Korea Maritime and Ocean University.
