Oceander CIC is dedicated to tackling homelessness by providing stable accommodation and comprehensive mental health support. We manage 25 units across four properties, offering temporary homes to individuals and families in transition towards permanent housing. Our approach combines physical shelter with personalized mental health services, including one-to-one counselling and psychological assessments, addressing issues like depression and anxiety that often accompany homelessness.

Our mental health programme is complemented by outdoor activities designed to reduce isolation and foster community integration. These efforts are supported by partnerships with local councils, healthcare providers, and community organizations, ensuring a collaborative and effective response to homelessness.
