Arka Singha is a self-driven and focused individual currently serving as a Senior Project Controller at Oceaneering, where they manage complex project budgets and schedules. Previously, Arka held roles as a Project Controller at Jacobs and a Planning Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, gaining extensive experience in contract management, project forecasting, and risk analysis. Arka completed a postgraduate program in Construction Management at the National Institute of Construction Management & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Aspiring to become a decisive leader, Arka is committed to achieving results in project management.
