Ben Doudle

Ben Doudle is a senior Manufacturing and Quality leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, machining, and operational leadership within the oil and gas and subsea sectors. They began their career as a Fitter and Machinist and advanced through various roles, including project management and regional quality leadership. Currently, Ben leads Quality across Oceaneering’s Asia Pacific operations, focusing on compliance, audit performance, and continuous improvement across multiple countries. They actively collaborate with teams in Australia, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, and Papua New Guinea to ensure alignment with quality standards and enhance operational outcomes. Ben holds a Cert III in Engineering, Mechanical Trade from Polytechnic West.
