Billy Stein

Billy Stein has an extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Billy started their career at Aker Solutions in 1998 as a Recruiting Manager and later became the Regional Manager, overseeing various departments and generating significant revenue. In 2012, they joined CB&I as a Sr. Global Talent Acquisition Manager and eventually became the Director of HR - Talent Acquisition - Americas. During their time at CB&I, they played a key role in hiring professionals for the energy industry. Most recently, Billy Stein worked at Oceaneering as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where they focused on recruiting top talent for cutting-edge technology projects across multiple industries.

Billy Stein obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Nederland High School from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, Billy Stein has completed the Inclusion & Diversity Business Champion Program from the Energy Workforce & Technology Council in 2021.
