Cassandra Bauer

Cassandra Bauer currently serves as the Director of Global Mobility at Oceaneering, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, Cassandra contributed to Weatherford in Global Mobility and Shared Services from December 2017 to October 2018. Cassandra's extensive experience includes serving as Global HR Director for Employee Mobility at CB&I from 2010 to 2017, and as a Senior Human Resource Specialist in International Mobility at WorleyParsons from 2004 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Cassandra worked as an educator at CCISD from 1997 to 2004 and at the American School in Kuwait from 1993 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Administrative Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
