Jeff Morse

Jeff Morse, CSP has over 8 years of work experience in various roles related to health, safety, and environmental management. Jeff currently works at Oceaneering as the HSE Project Development Lead, where they collaborate with management to address HSE issues and implement improvements. Jeff is responsible for inspecting and auditing facilities and equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Jeff also conducts worker training on safety laws and regulations. Prior to Oceaneering, they worked at Compass Group USA as an HSEQ & Training Coordinator, where they promoted a strong safety culture and managed incident reporting and investigation. Before that, they served as a Case Manager at Hub Enterprises, Inc, where they drafted investigative action plans and acted as a liaison between the company and attorney groups. Jeff also has experience as an Independent GIS Contractor at the Department of the Interior, where they performed land/water delineation and water quality assessments using ArcMap.

Jeff Morse, CSP completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the period of 2008 to 2013. In 2012, they obtained the certification of Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) from the National Emergency Medical Services Academy. Furthermore, Jeff Morse, CSP has additional certifications including Associate Safety Professional (ASP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (obtained in June 2021), IADC RigPass and SafeGulf from the IADC Houston Chapter (obtained in 2013), Shell HUET/Water Survival (obtained in December 2013), TWIC from TSA (obtained in 2013), EMT-B from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (obtained in March 2013), CPR Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (obtained in August 2012), Open Water Diver from PADI (obtained in 2010). It is unclear whether they have obtained the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification, IADC RigPass Instructor certification, or ServSafe Instructor certification.
