John McDowell

John (Kelly) McDowell is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in both the private and military sectors. Since September 2013, John has served as the Director of Global Data Solutions at Oceaneering, overseeing a business unit focused on communications, data analytics, and network services for the oil and gas, maritime, and logistics industries. John's previous roles include significant positions within the US Navy, such as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Submarine Group 10, where responsibilities included managing operations and a $200M budget for submarines and personnel. John's educational background includes a MS in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, a MS in Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
