Jon MacDonald is an experienced professional with a robust background in military and program management. Currently, Jon serves as a Coach at The Honor Foundation since February 2025, where Jon provides executive education and mentorship to special operations personnel transitioning from military service. In addition to this role, Jon has been a Program Manager at Oceaneering since September 2020. Jon's extensive military career includes over three decades as an Officer in the US Navy, from July 1989 to September 2020. Jon also contributed as a Group 10 Fellow at The Honor Foundation for a brief period in early 2017. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Arts in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
