Monique Smith

Monique Smith, MBA, possesses extensive experience in security management and project oversight, having held various roles in respected organizations. At TMP Government, Monique worked as both a Project Manager and Traffic Manager from December 2008 to January 2010. Currently, Monique serves as the Security Manager at Oceaneering, beginning in November 2021, after previously fulfilling the role of Facility Security Officer at the same company from June 2021 to November 2021. Prior to Oceaneering, Monique contributed to THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. as FSO/Marketing Director and Assistant FSO/Marketing Manager from July 2014 to October 2017, and worked as a Facility Security Officer at NIKA Solutions from November 2017 to June 2021. Monique holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of the District of Columbia, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
