Phil Horton is currently the General Manager of Manufactured Products in Houston at Oceaneering. With a military background as an Operations Specialist 2nd Class in the US Navy from 1993 to 1997, Phil transitioned to various managerial roles at Oceaneering, including positions such as Manufacturing Manager and Global Operations Manager. Phil is also pursuing an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
