Ray Barker has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Oceaneering since May 2018. Prior to this role, Ray held various leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources at Bollinger Shipyards from September 2007 to February 2018, and Director of HR & Labor Relations at Imerys from 1992 to 2007. Earlier in the career, Ray worked as HR Manager at both Square D Company and Frito Lay, Inc., and started as an HR Representative at McDermott International. Ray obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from Nicholls State University, studying from 1980 to 1983.
