Richard Baxter - EngTech

Richard Baxter is a dedicated and professional Non-Destructive Testing Engineer with over 12 years of experience in NDT and quality inspection, particularly in critical infrastructure projects including nuclear new builds. Currently serving as Lead Radiographer at Hinkley Point C, Richard oversees radiographic testing and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Previously, Richard held the role of Operations Manager at Applus+ RTD, where they managed a team and was responsible for quality, health and safety, and financial aspects of operations. Richard is fully qualified in multiple NDT techniques and has a strong technical expertise in relevant industry standards. Richard is currently pursuing further education at Bournemouth University.
