Shima Adroub is a Senior Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor with over nine years of experience in driving safety leadership and compliance across major infrastructure, construction, and offshore energy projects throughout Australia. Currently, Shima works at Oceaneering as a Senior HSSE Advisor, providing leadership in health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives for clients like Shell and Esso (ExxonMobil). Shima has previously held roles at Hays, Fulton Hogan, and Angel Wheels Transport Services, where they contributed to developing safety systems and training programs.
