Steve Hady

Steve Hady, CSP, ASP, serves as the HSSE Regional Manager for Oceaneering International Inc. with leadership responsibilities across the East and West Coast of the United States and Canada since February 2014. Prior roles include East Coast HSSE Manager and Hanover HSE Manager within the Aerospace and Defense Technologies division. Steve's background encompasses extensive military service in the United States Navy, where significant positions included Executive Director for the Military Leadership Diversity Commission and Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Navy Diversity Directorate. Steve's expertise extends to military diversity, equal opportunity policy, and executive coaching, alongside a strong educational foundation in Business Administration and Supervisory Leadership from Maryville College and Hawaii Pacific University.
