Will Ishmael is currently the Engineered Solutions Lead at Oceaneering, where they leverage over 15 years of experience in offshore operations, engineering, project management, and sales. Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, Will became PMP-certified and has demonstrated expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle. Previously, they held various roles at Oceaneering, including Technical Solutions Lead and Project Manager, and worked as a Field Engineer at FTS International. Will is recognized for their ability to integrate technical knowledge with client-facing responsibilities in dynamic environments.
