Ivan Jung

Ivan Jung is a regional hospitality executive with over 15 years of experience in multi-unit operations. They currently serve as Chief of Staff at Oceania International after previously holding the role of Director of Operations within the same company in 2023. Prior to this, Ivan was the Director of Operations for Putien in the United States from 2022 to 2023, and they also worked at Yoshinoya America as a Re-Concept Director from 2015 to 2022. Ivan's career began at Panda Restaurant Group, where they held various positions, including Area Coach of Operation and General Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2004 and 2006.
