David Beebe

David Beebe, EIT, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Oceanit since May 2025. Prior to this role, David held the position of Civil Engineer II at Coffman Engineers for a brief period. From April 2017 to September 2025, David was a Lead Radiological Control Technician at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF, where significant contributions included overhauling the radiological survey record process and ensuring compliance with nuclear policies. Additionally, from August 2012 to April 2017, David worked as an Account Manager at Dai Nippon Printing, managing projects in the recreational vehicle industry and resolving quality issues through data analysis. David holds a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University-Channel Islands.
