Peter Gibson is an experienced General Manager currently leading operations at OCEANIUM since July 2021. Originally from South Africa, Peter has a robust background in operational and people management, having served in the armed forces across Africa and the UK. Prior to OCEANIUM, Peter spent five years at Crerar Hotels, where expertise in hospitality management was further developed. Skills encompass Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), logistics, import/export operations, purchasing, problem-solving, and human resources, complemented by comprehensive knowledge in customer service, food safety management, and menu development.
