Daniel Sandy, MSc., is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in health, fitness, and philanthropy. As the founder of Pausa Ativa Ocupacional, Daniel leads Brazil's first comprehensive ecosystem for managing sedentary time and promoting active breaks in the workplace. In addition, Daniel serves as the philanthropy manager for Projeto Cáritas RJ, focusing on creating charitable initiatives for vulnerable families in Rio de Janeiro.
