Julia Gerringer

Julia Gerringer is the Regional Policy Director at the Oceantic Network, focusing on advancing the offshore wind supply chain in the southeastern United States, particularly in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. In this role, they engage stakeholders, build coalitions, and develop strategic policies to support the industry. Prior to this, Julia served as Grants & Contracts Manager at the Oceantic Network, overseeing the grant lifecycle and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Julia holds a Master’s in Coastal and Ocean Policy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they completed a capstone project on the effects of offshore wind development on migratory marine mammals, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology with a focus on conservation from the same institution.
