Nat Spencer

Nat Spencer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Kraken Robotics, with a history of leadership roles including Managing Director of Kraken Power and various Vice President positions. Currently, Nat is also the President of R2 Offshore and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Business Network for Offshore Wind, a nonprofit dedicated to offshore wind development in the U.S. Previously, Nat held key positions at Oceaneering, bringing significant business development expertise in renewables, and was the Founding Principal of Meridan Ocean Services, which focused on automated subsea services for the offshore energy sector. Early career experience includes an associate role at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, specializing in corporate immigration compliance. Nat holds a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Vermont.
