Sam Salustro

Sam Salustro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market and policy strategy, communications, and political consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Market and Policy Strategy at Oceantic Network since December 2020, Salustro previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Strategic Communications at the same organization and Public Information Officer for the Illinois Department of Revenue. Salustro operated Salustro Research LLC, an opposition intelligence firm, contributing to numerous successful state-level campaigns. As Illinois Communications Director for the Democratic Governors Association, Salustro managed statewide coalitions and rebuilt the communications division, leading to significant electoral successes. Additional experience includes senior positions in presidential campaigns and various state political initiatives, complemented by an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in History and International Relations from Boston University.
