Recognized as a top performer at prominent firms such as TIAA CREF, AXA Equitable, and Jackson National Life, Eric has consistently surpassed sales growth expectations as both an individual contributor and team leader. Notably, while managing a wire house territory in Long Island, NY, Eric increased the run rate from $18 million to $107 million and expanded the base of producers from 40 to 206 over four years. Eric's leadership extends to managing over 1,000 financial advisors at major firms, demonstrating a strong proficiency in cultivating partnerships and revenue streams throughout a diverse range of roles held from sales executive to regional vice president across various organizations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from St. John's University.
