Oscar Thomas

Oscar Thomas, FSA, is a seasoned actuary with six years of experience specializing in annuities, including asset-liability management, pricing, and hedging. Currently serving as the Manager of OV Actuary at Oceanview Life and Annuity, Oscar supports reinsurance valuation under the Bermuda framework and oversees deal pricing. Previously, Oscar held roles at Delaware Life Insurance Company as a Senior Analyst in Hedging and Quantitative Solutions, where they developed and monitored hedging processes, and at Lincoln Financial Group, where they led pricing modeling and analysis initiatives. Oscar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Purdue University.
