William Egan is the Chairman and CEO of Oceanview Life and Annuity, a company he created while serving as Managing Director at Bayview Asset Management. With a background in alternative asset management and investment banking, William has held leadership positions at Oaktree Capital Management, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Law from the University of Virginia School of Law.
