Vincent Pieribone

Vincent Pieribone has had a diverse and impressive work experience. Vincent is currently serving as the Co-CEO at OceanX since January 2022, and has also held the position of Vice Chairman since April 2016. Prior to this, they worked at The John B. Pierce Laboratory, Inc. as a Fellow starting from October 1998. Vincent is also associated with Yale University School of Medicine as a Professor since 1998. Vincent Pieribone worked as the Chief Scientific Officer and Board Member at Affinimark Technologies, Inc. from March 2008 to March 2018, where they oversaw all scientific operations and developed a lateral flow assay for CSF leak. Vincent served as the CEO, CSO, and Consultant at Marinus Pharma from September 2003 to September 2008. Vincent Pieribone also worked at The Rockefeller University as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Professor from 1992 to 1998, collaborating with Professor Paul Greengard, Ph.D. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate at Karolinska Institutet from September 1990 to June 1992.

Vincent Pieribone earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology & Chemistry from New York University in 1986. Following this, they pursued a Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the same institution from 1986 to 1992. In 2014, Vincent Pieribone obtained a Master's degree in Privatum from Yale University, completing their education history.
