Sabrina Götz

Sabrina Götz is currently a People & Culture Manager at Ocell and is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology at Universität Ulm. They gained valuable experience in HR marketing at SCHOTT, followed by roles in HR & Culture at Plantura GmbH and People & Organisation at RECUP, where they focused on talent acquisition and employee onboarding. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Hochschule Darmstadt and has also studied at Universitetet i Bergen. Their interests include sustainability in both environmental and social contexts, as well as enhancing employee satisfaction in the workplace.
