Founded in 1943, OCEM possesses more than 75 years of experience in the field.

Its customized solutions are enabling advances in the fields of plasma physics, particle physics, and medical research, and driving advanced industries such as transportation and food processing. 

Over the last several years OCEM engineers have authored, presented and published numerous papers at conferences around the world, and have developed and patented new power electronics technologies. 

The company has supplied power converters to more than 50 research facilities in more than 20 countries, including four Nobel-Prize winning labs.

Since 2011, OCEM Power Electronics is part of the Cocchi Technologies network.
