Rick Decost

Rick DeCost has over 25 years of experience in various roles within production and manufacturing. Currently serving as Confections Manager at OCHO Candy since August 2015, Rick previously held the position of Production Manager at TCHO Ventures from August 2007 to July 2015, where expertise in chocolate manufacturing was developed. Prior to that, from April 1996 to November 2007, Rick worked as Lead Press Operator at Charles Schwab, specializing in a six-color Heidelberg offset printing press.
