We build AI systems with small companies — not for them. The knowledge stays with your people.

Most of the market offers two options. Agencies build AI for you, then leave with everything they learned. Strategy shops sell decks that never get built. Both leave you dependent on someone else.

We do it a third way. We teach your team how to think about AI, hand over the frameworks and tools we use ourselves, and stay close while they build. When we step back, your people know how to keep going — because they're the ones who built it.

Three ways to work together:
— 30-Day Engagement: a 30-day intensive alongside your team. We map the opportunities, hand over the tools, and guide them as they build their first working piece.
— Consultation: a focused session to figure out what AI can realistically do for your business. You leave with straight answers and a short written plan.
— Retainer: when AI is already part of your operations, the hard part is judgment. We set aside time each month to help you decide what to tighten, what to pause, and what is noise.
