Gregory Dalton has been working in the tech industry since 2003. Gregory began their career at IBM as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for executing tests on SVC focused SAN environments. Gregory then moved on to become a SAN Volume Controller / Storwize V7000 Level 3 Support and later a SAN Volume Controller / Storwize V7000 US Level 3 Team Lead. In 2012, they joined IBM Cloud Object Storage (Cleversafe) as a Lead Level 3 Support Engineer, where they provided technical leadership to the Level 3 team and interfaced with Level 2 and development to solve client issues. Gregory also worked on developing solutions that would push the support teams towards higher levels of self-sufficiency and assisted in monitoring client deployments. In 2020, they joined Ocient as a Customer Operations and Product Support Engineer.

Gregory Dalton attended Leeds Beckett University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a BSc in Computing with a focus in Computer Software Engineering.
