Ryan Aidla

Ryan Aidla, CPHR, PCP, serves as the Director of People & Culture at OCL Group, where they focus on enhancing organizational culture and managing human resources. Previously, Ryan held the position of HR Manager at Supreme Modular Fabrication Inc. from 2015 to 2020 and served as Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Supreme Steel. Ryan's extensive experience in human resources includes roles at National Oilwell Varco, Trinidad Drilling, and Ledcor, among others. They also hold a B.Comm in Human Resources from the University of Alberta and a Project Management Certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
