Cramer began a career in sales at McCann Industries, Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager from 1994 to 1999, followed by a role as a Technical Sales Representative at Simpson Strong-Tie from 1999 to 2002, and later worked as a District Sales Manager at Meadow Burke from 2003 to 2005. Cramer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Lewis University.
