Yi Zhang

Yi Zhang is the Chief Representative of the German State Lower Saxony in China and currently serves as the Director of OCO Global. They have extensive experience in various leadership roles, including positions at the Investment Promotion Bureau of Zhenjiang New Area and as Vice General Manager at Sino-Swiss Allied Investment and Development Co., Ltd. With a background in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from both Technische Universität Berlin and Chongqing University, Yi brings a wealth of international project investment and cross-border knowledge, particularly between China and Europe. Previously, they held positions at China Mobile and CAEP, demonstrating a robust career in both engineering and investment promotion.
