Ailsa Oxley

Ailsa Oxley has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Ailsa is currently the Group Head of HR Business Partnering at Ocorian, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director for the UK and Ireland at Allianz Partners UK starting in November 2020. Ailsa also worked at Northrop Grumman as a Human Resources professional from August 2020 to October 2020. From 2014 to 2019, they were the HR Director for Europe at Hexagon PPM, where they implemented various HR strategies such as talent tracking systems and organizational development initiatives. Before that, Ailsa was the Head of HR at Armour Risk Management Limited from March 2010 to April 2014, where they introduced benefits programs and transformed the HR services to a business partnering focus. Ailsa began their career at DLA Piper as the Head of HR Projects, where they received recognition for their talent management strategies and successfully implemented performance management processes.

Ailsa Oxley completed their Bachelor's degree in Music and Business at The University of Edinburgh from 1987 to 1991. Ailsa then pursued an MBA in Business at the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 1994 to 1997. In 2005 to 2006, they obtained a Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Ailsa also completed further education at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, with a Bachelor's degree starting in 1987 and an MBA degree starting in 1994. Ailsa'sfield of study for the MBA was Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Ailsa Oxley obtained certifications such as the JSB Labour Law Training Belgium from JSB in December 2018 and the TMA Certification from Talent Method Analysis in July 2016.
