Constance Collette

Constance Collette has a strong background in HR and management. Constance is currently working as the Regional Head of HR at Ocorian since May 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director at Ocorian from February 2020 to May 2020. From October 2017 to February 2020, they worked as a Director at Estera. Before that, they served as a Director at Headstart S.à r.l. from January 2012 to September 2017. Constance also has experience as the Managing Director at Hemera Consult Sàrl from November 2010 to March 2012, and as a Consulting Manager at Securex Luxembourg from January 2009 to October 2010. Constance started their career at Alter Domus, where they worked as a Payroll Manager from October 2005 to January 2009, and as a Payroll Advisor from September 2001 to September 2005. Constance began their professional journey as a Personal tax advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000.

Constance Collette began their education in 1993 as an AFS exchange student at Warrior Run High School. After completing their exchange program, they pursued a Master's degree in Translation from UMONS from 1994 to 1998. In 1996, they spent a semester as an Erasmus student at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, studying Translation. Following this, Collette continued their studies at UMONS and obtained a Master's degree in Management from 1998 to 2000.
