Joanne Hui

Joanne Hui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, fraud investigation, and dispute services. Joanne began her career at KPMG as a Senior Tax Accountant, focusing on Hong Kong Profits Tax compliance, before advancing to Associate Director roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where expertise in fraud and forensic services was developed. Joanne served as AVP for Enforcement and IPO Transactions at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) and later held the position of Vice President at Nomura, emphasizing regulatory compliance. Currently, Joanne is a Principal Consultant at Ocorian, specializing in regulatory compliance advisory. Educational qualifications include an LLB in Law from the University of London, an MBA in Finance and Tax from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BBA in Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
