Joanne McClorey

Joanne McClorey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at Ocorian since July 2022, Joanne previously held the position of Senior Service Desk Manager at Allen & Overy from May 2019 to July 2022. Prior to this, Joanne worked as a Transition Specialist at Allen & Overy and as Systems Delivery Manager at BT from April 2018 to March 2019. Joanne’s tenure at BT Ireland from September 2004 to April 2018 included roles such as Acceptance into Service Manager and Head of Servicedesks, where responsibilities encompassed managing service transitions, leading teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Joanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ulster University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
