Leon Kruger

Leon Kruger MBA has extensive work experience in the financial and client services industry. Leon currently serves as the Client Services Director at Ocorian, where they are responsible for meeting client KPIs, managing the Client Services Units, and ensuring client satisfaction, compliance, revenue growth, profitability, and leadership. Leon also plays a proactive role in the planning, development, and implementation of strategic client objectives. Prior to their current role, Leon worked at Sanlam for a decade, holding positions such as Sales Manager, Financial Specialist, and Business Development Manager.

Leon Kruger MBA completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2008 to 2010, they attended the University of the Free State where they earned their B.Iuris degree with a specialization in Financial Planning Law. In 2012, they pursued a Post Graduate in Financial Planning (CFP) from the same university. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, Leon attended North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, where they received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with honors (cum laude).
