Nikki Bowles is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in corporate training and development. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at O since February 2020, Nikki has previously held similar roles at Estera and Elian Global, where responsibilities included developing and delivering training programs on a global scale. Prior to these positions, Nikki contributed to Ogier as an HR Learning & Development Trainer, specializing in IT, Business Technical, and Soft Skills training. Nikki's career began at Mourant as a Training Product Manager, focusing on training content and delivery for the Practice Management System.
