Rick Medlock

Rick Medlock is an experienced executive with a robust background in financial leadership and corporate governance. Currently, Rick serves as Chair at Nomentia and BES Group and as Independent Non-Exec Director at Ocorian. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Deliveroo, Non-Executive Director at Datatec and Smith+Nephew, and former Chair at BluJay Solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Non-Executive Director at Sophos and Chief Financial Officer positions at Synamedia and Worldpay Group PLC. Rick is an alumnus of St Johns College, Cambridge, where studies were undertaken from September 1979 to June 1982.
