Imane Daoudi is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investments and structured finance. Currently serving as the Investments & Participations Manager at OCP Group since June 2019, Imane manages a portfolio of subsidiaries and is responsible for financial reporting, governance monitoring, and strategy recommendations. Prior experience includes a role as a Structured Finance Analyst at Trafigura, focusing on business development and transaction analysis across several African countries. Additionally, Imane held the position of Oil Projects Structured Finance Analyst at Glencore UK Ltd., where responsibilities included M&A activities and project financing.
