Mostafa Terrab

Mostafa Terrab joined OCP in 2006 and has led OCP’s transformation ever since. He has more than 30 years of experience, including roles as Lead Regulatory Specialist at the World Bank (Washington, 2002), and Managing Director at the National Regulatory Telecommunication Agency (1998). He has a Ph.D. in Operational Research and a Master's in Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
