Lisa Hern has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they began at Intapp as a Customer Support Engineer, before moving to the role of Client Relationship Manager and then Sales Operations Manager. From 2009 to 2010, they were Program Manager at Bay Area Women's Cycling and a Board Member at Northern California Velodrome Association. From 2016 to 2017, they were Manager of Customer Success at Lithium Technologies, followed by Senior Customer Success Manager at Recurly from 2018 to 2019, and Senior Customer Success Manager at Sendoso from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Retirement Capital Strategies as Business Development Manager and Wealth Management Operations Analyst. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Customer Success U.S. at OCR Labs. Additionally, they were a California Naturalist from 2015 to 2020.
Lisa Hern completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management at Saint Mary's College of California in 2005-2007. Lisa then completed their MA in Leadership at Saint Mary's College of California in 2007-2009. In 2014-2015, they completed the University of California Naturalist Program and became a Certified California Naturalist. In 2004-2005, they took a Unix class in Santa Clara. Lisa is currently enrolled in the California Ocean Alliance, where they are set to receive a Certification in Marine Mammal Naturalist in 2022.
